With just a few spots left we are super excited about the camp to come. We’re just now nailing the final details and are just about ready to go.Here is the schedule for the weekend
Friday:

19.00-20.30 BJJ (Shanti)

Saturday:
09.00 – 10.30 Judo (Hannah & Emma)
11.00 Lunch
12.30-14.00 BJJ (Devi)
15.00-16.00 Sparring. (Shanti & Devi)
16.30 Dinner at the academy.
18.00 (Superior Challenge)
Sunday:
09.30-11.00 Submission Wrestling (Shanti)
11.45-13.15 BJJ (Devi)
As if our level of excitement wasnt high enough with the upcoming camp some really good news reached us this last week. Both Ida Hansson and Margareta Myhr are now BJJ brownbelts!
