Its time for another amazing Girls Only camp and we will once again bring the fantastic worldchampion Leticia Ribeiro back to the camp! Book your calender for the 2-4th of March and set your destination to Nacka/Sweden.

Leticia is the most successfull female BJJ fighter in the world with six world championship titles. Last time was in 2011 in Long Beach/USA.

Leticia is very happy to once again come back to Sweden and meet all female fighters for three days of fun and good training.

Friday:
18-19.30 BJJ

Saturday:
09.30-11.00 BJJ
11.00 – 13.00 Lunch (not included in the price for the camp)
13.00 – 15.00 BJJ
16.00 – 17.30 Sparring
19.00 Dinner at a restaurant (not included in the price and must be booked on Friday night)

Sunday:

It is time for Girls Only IV and this time with Letcia Ribeiro!
Girls Only IV invite all female grapplers to Stockholm/Nacka for three days of training and a lot of fun. We have invited Leticia Ribeiro to teach at the camp and this will be the first time that Leticia goes to Sweden.

Payment shall be made to plusgiro: 595418-5 before the 20th of February. Girls from outside of Sweden can pay at location (we accept credit cards or cash)

The date is set, and from the 4th to the 6th of March Girls Only Camp 4 will take place at Nacka Dojo (Stockholm). After the success of previous Girls Only camps there seems to be a lot of interest so make sure to sign up and take the chance to train with girls but also to train with a truly great instructor, Leticia Ribeiro!

GO II-THE AFTERMATH

The camp was a success!
With almost 60 girls from all over Europe fighting their hearts out on the mat the camp must be considered a huge success.

The atmosphere was open and there was room for everyone to learn and improve their game. From beginners with merely a couple of weeks of training to well accomplished BJJ purplebelt and brownbelts. All on the same mat!

A lot of new impressions, a lot of new friends but first and foremost a lot of hard training!

We in the crew hopes and believes that all of you who attended the camp had as a good time as we did and that you will come back next time!

We are currently working on improving our new website and there will be some really cool features later on. Make yourself acquainted with the new site and drop in now and then to check out the upgrades. We have some new exciting ideas that we’re working on so keep your eyes open!

As if our level of excitement wasnt high enough with the upcoming camp some really good news reached us this last week. Both Ida Hansson and Margareta Myhr are now BJJ brownbelts!
